I received a foul smell cream. I checked in the store it didn’t had any foul smell. But the package I received has a very bad foul smell.

I’ve been using this product for over 3 years now. It was working wonders for me. I usually order this online and had no issues so far. I have very sensitive skin and this was the only product that was working really well for me in the past. After they’ve changed the packaging from plastic to glass bottle, it looks like they’ve changed the ingredients as well. Now it is causing rashes, burning sensation and itching which was never the case before. Even the cream itself smells different compared to what it was before. Either they’ve changed the cream completely or I’ve received a fake product from them. I tried contacting their support team but haven’t heard back anything from them and it’s been over a week now. This brand is not what it used to be before.

Absolutely love it. I have been using it for years now. it is great for dry/normal/sensitive skin, the best!.Can be a little greasy for oily skin type. It is fragrance-free, vegan, and gives great hydration.
