Product is nice, but staff behaviour is rude.

I usually trust The Body Shop for quality, but this time I was really disappointed. One of the product I received had a very close expiry date, which feels unfair as a customer paying full price. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use it now since my old products are already finished. It’s frustrating to receive something that won’t last long, especially when buying skincare that should be used consistently. I hope they improve their stock management and ensure customers get fresh products in the future.

Have been using for years .. so that says it all… smooth soft fragrant
