I am a regular user of body shop products and I can say that this is their worst product..it smells awful and most importantly it causes burning sensation and stingy eyes..so yes not at all good for normal skin leave aside sensitive skin..

Terrible buy, I wish I could return it; smells funny, removes no make up, leaves my smelling weird and the solution foams - as if it's a soap, but can't be used like one? Terrible product, do not waste your money.

This product cleanses the heavy eye makeups in just a swipe without harming to your eyes and skin.

I am a die hard fan of bodyshop. i use almost all the products of bodyshop be it skincare or bodycare and few makeup too, but i hate this product. It stings my eyes, doesnt remove kajal/waterproof mascara, smells disgusting. Basically waste of money. Garnier micellar water does a far better job. would never ever recommend this to anyone.

Never looked back since I purchased this .Just dab on a cotton pad and gentle slide over to remove the make up from your eyes.I use it to remove makeup from all over the face and it works like a charm leaving my face hydrated and supple.Give this a try guys and you would not regret .

This cleanser is gentle enough to be used and strong enough to remove waterproof mascara in just a go .

I am a lens wearer but I must say it gently cleanses eye makeup better than any other remover.
