Poor maintenance of the product, it was not the consistency I expected. This product was a disappointment.

I have been using body shop products for over 10 years now and specially body butters used to be my daily staple. Vivacious, lively and fragrant body butters have been my constant shower companion. These body butters used to so creamy and lasting and rich in aroma and soothing in Colors. But the current compete overhaul of the body butters are a complete contrast to the earlier body butters. Extremely disappointed with the new body butters. The texture is so hard and difficult to apply. The smell isn’t soothing. Not to mention the Colors of the containers and Color of the butter is so unappealing. Very very disappointed and had to discontinue the product after having used it for over a decade.

Earlier I used to receive body butter whose textures were soft and now the same product the texture is very hard I have been using body shop products since ages never complaint in any of their products but this time body butter is very dissatisfying

I have been using olive butter since many many years and somehow the change in manufacturing place has ruined the quality of it. This helped my wife in past coz of her sensitive skin & not many products suiting her skin, this had till the changes made by Body Shop. The visible difference is thick quality, older version was smooth(hardened a bit in winters but while using it became buttery) the smell of olive is gone as if ingredients are diluted which we see in the usage. I had raised these concerns with reps on call as well.

Unhappy with new packaging olive body butter,it is not as good as the old one.

A worthy purchase. It smells good and perfect for sensitive skin.
