To The Grievance Cell Body Shop India Ltd Dear Ms. / Mr., I bought one body butter STRAWBERRY cream from your online shop where it was clearly mentioned the facility was - Buy One Get One Free. So, I added to the cart one piece of the product which costs Rs.1495 /- only . Before placing the order I checked by adding another piece. But it was charging double the price. This makes me sure that I will get the free one along with the paid one. But surprisingly I received only one piece of the ordered product. This is simply against the fame and name of your company. So, please send me immediately the free one without any further delay or else I have to public this in social media. Looking for your prompt response. Thanks,

Have been using it for so many years. Love it. The quality is simply awesome. Would purchase it again

The product was brought on sale is nearing expiry in august 2024. Ideally it should not have been this old product and should have had atleast 1 year to export. But since it was on sale they have given us old stock

The product delivered is about to get expired in 6 months, it is close to delivery

Very bad and does not smell good. Should be discontinued
