I still trust this solution for my acne problems. Body Shop products have high efficacy. The product delivers what is claimed. The bottle packaging is convenient for use. Consistent quality and brand trust for me.

I've been using this product for 3 days, nothing happened the first day, but from the second day onwards, I felt a burning sensation, and red patches were also visible on the skin, and its smell is also very strong.

I purchased this product recently from The Body Shop Store and I used it for 2-3 days, but I could see new acne on my face right after it. and my sister aslo used it she also faced the same issue

I usually trust The Body Shop for quality, but this time I was really disappointed. The product I received had a very close expiry date, which feels unfair as a customer paying full price. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use it now since my old products are already finished. It’s frustrating to receive something that won’t last long, especially when buying skincare that should be used consistently. I hope they improve their stock management and ensure customers get fresh products in the future.
