Excellent product keeps hair shining strong and free from frizz and breakage

After using this banana shampoo just once, I started losing hair. I thought it didn't suit my hair type, so I gave it to my other family members, who were also facing the same issue. What kind of product do you guys sell? Are you guys selling hair remover shampoo or what?

I ordered a few products in sale and I received products which are expiring in June 2024, and when I spoke to customer service they told me I should have checked the expiry on the website and because it is on sale we are selling you these products which have less then 1 year expiry, such pathetic customer service, I’m shocked that such a big brand like body shop can do this. Never buying from here. Please be very careful before ordering any product of this brand. 👎👎👎

I was looking for shampoo to buy and after looking at the reviews I chose to buy it. Unfortunately the shampoo has not suited my hair at all. My hair is still frizzy and lost volume. It is very disappointing. I cannot return it as used it once

Earlier i used Shea shampoo and Banana shampoo faced same problem The shampoo lathered well, but as I went to rinse it, I realised how tangled my hair was which has never happened before. I conditioned my hair twice afterwards with the body shop conditioner, I have used earlier other brand shampoo but in those we don't even need conditioner I was expecting same from tbs but unfortunately both shampoo disappointed me

I asked the store keeper to suggest a product for frizz. He suggested me this and my hairfall has also seen a great difference since the second or third usage. I am on my second bottle now. :)

Appears fake as previous product bought from store was original which I have used
