An effective anti-dandruff shampoo that actually works! It reduced my dandruff and made my scalp feel fresh without drying out my hair

I’ve had a history of dandruff, so I thought the Body Shop Ginger Anti-Dandruff Shampoo would be a great solution. I started using it at the beginning of the year, and while it did reduce dandruff for a day or two after each wash, I began noticing gradual but consistent hair fall. At first, I couldn’t figure out the reason, especially since my diet and overall routine were healthy. But eventually, I realised that the only major change was this shampoo. After checking its ingredients and reading user experiences on Reddit, I found that it contains sulfates like SLS, which are harsh cleansers that can strip natural oils and irritate sensitive scalps. Unfortunately, while it helped slightly with dandruff, it also led to a new issue: hair fall, so now I’m stuck with both problems. 🙃 Final Verdict: It may work for some, but if you have a sensitive scalp or are prone to hair fall, I wouldn’t recommend it. For me, the trade-off wasn’t worth it — the product solves one issue and creates another. Not a good value for money in my case.
